Why No Refunds?

Our courses are digital products that grant immediate access upon purchase. Because content is instantly accessible and cannot be "returned," we do not offer refunds.

Before You Buy

Each course page includes a detailed description, the contributor's name, the specific problem addressed, a session-by-session outline, and the lifecycle stage it targets. Please review this information carefully before purchasing.

Exceptions

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a course you purchased, contact us and we will resolve it. We do not grant refunds for dissatisfaction with course content.
