By accessing or using MetaMother ("the Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Course Purchases

All courses are priced at $97. Payment is processed through Stripe. By purchasing a course, you receive a personal, non-transferable license to access the course content. You may not share, redistribute, or resell course content.

4. No Refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on course purchases. Please review course descriptions carefully before purchasing.

5. Contributor Content

Course content is produced by vetted contributors and reviewed by our editorial team. While we strive for accuracy, course content is educational in nature and should not be taken as professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Share your account credentials with others
• Copy, distribute, or publicly display course content
• Use automated tools to scrape or download content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or contributors
• Attempt to circumvent access controls or security measures

7. Intellectual Property

All course content, branding, and platform design are protected by copyright. Contributors retain co-ownership of their content as defined in their contributor agreements.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
